We teach children aged 6 weeks - 12 years to PLAY yoga!

NandaYoga_Glyphs

Through playful poses, breathing techniques, games, stories, and music, we introduce your child to YOGA!

Yoga aims to build strength, flexibility and coordination while boosting confidence, emotional regulation and increasing body awareness.

When you create a yoga practice for your child, you are providing them with the tools they need to become a more authentic, resilient and healthy human.

She is also a certified Playmaker through the Life is Good Foundation.

Prior to forming Nanda Yoga, Kate lived and worked in Switzerland and France. She thoroughly enjoyed her travels and experiences abroad.  She moved home in 2010 to begin her professional career as a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) at Cook Children’s Medical Center.

Working with children has always been Kate’s passion and she is so excited to create this amazing yoga sanctuary for families here in her hometown. It is truly an honor!

When Kate is not teaching yoga she loves exploring the great outdoors and running around with her 2 boys, Garrett and Bennett and husband, Jim.

Creating healthy, authentic and resilient children one yoga pose at a time.
