Since we have temporarily paused our in-studio classes, we have created Online Videos and are now offering Live ZOOM Classes! It brings us great joy to provide mindfulness and movement to you and your family during this time.
Nanda Yoga’s Gratitude Journal is a guide to cultivate an attitude of gratitude for children. It is a self- exploration journal designed to focus on being thankful for what we have, the big things in life, as well as the simple joys.
Starting a gratitude practice encourages us to pause, notice and appreciate the things in life that we often take for granted.
This is a 31 day downloadable journal that you can utilize as a family or for an individual child.
Once you download the PDF you can print a new one for each month to continue your Gratitude Practice.
The journal is $5, all proceeds go towards supporting our studio during this time.
