Nanda Yoga Fort Worth Children's Yoga Workshops

Kids Night Out

Date: 3/27
Time: 5:30-9 p.m.
Cost: $40

Ages 3+

Join us for our Kids Night Out events offered once a month. We will practice basic and challenging poses, partner and group poses, play fun games and mindfulness activities, breathing exercises and more. The kids will eat dinner, watch a movie and be ready in their pajamas when you pick them up!

*Must Be Potty Trained. Please send your child in comfortable clothes, water bottle, and their lovey if they need one. 

Homeschool Yoga Package

Date: March 20- May 8
(8-week session)
Time: Fridays 1:30 - 2:15 p.m.
Cost: $160

Homeschool Yoga was specifically designed to complement any homeschool education plan by creating an environment for children to learn vital skills that can be incorporated into all aspects of their life while making Physical Education and Health Education an important piece of your plan.

Classes are held mid-day to encourage students to take necessary motor breaks to relieve stress and anxiety and improve learning readiness.

Grace and Grit Girl Empowerment Class

Date: April 1-May 6
(No class Spring Break)
Time: Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Cost: $168

Ages 8-12

Nanda Yoga collaborates with Grace and Grit to provide a 6-week workshop that empowers young women, teaches essential life skills and confidence. Each lesson is based upon a famous historical female figure and the character trait that helped her achieve great things in her life. We will pair mindfulness and movement with these customized lessons to dive deeper into the class.

Tween and Teen Movement and Expressive Art

Thursday 5-6:30 p.m.—Feb 20- April 2
(No class Spring Break)
Thursday 5-6:30 p.m.—April 9- May 14
Cost: $215

Be in a community, increase the body-mind connection, and create art in this six-week yoga workshop integrating yoga and expressive arts. Each week we will focus on a theme - from self-compassion to self-care - journaling, mindful movement, and art-making to build a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Wear comfy clothes and bring a willingness to express yourself!
