Details: Sunday June 6, 5-6 pm
Join us at Artspace 111 Sunday, June 6 from 5-6pm for a fun and family-friendly outdoor yoga event in the Sculpture Gardens. We will play yoga, enjoy yoga games, challenge ourselves with family group poses and most of all... spend time with those we love most! There will be FREE adult beverages after class, please stay to mix and mingle and enjoy the beautiful space!

We will build strength and increase endurance to help restore and support your body during this exciting time! Prenatal yoga is a great way to bond with your sweet baby and to help prepare your body for birth.

This class is for both baby and grown-up! Class will be filled with stretching, breathing, singing and moving playfully with your baby yogi. This class has a wide age-range (6 weeks to pre-walking).
